Upon arrival, we were pleasantly surprised by the provided suitcases in our room, which made unpacking and settling in a breeze. the tea and coffee facilities in the room were well-stocked and of high quality, allowing us to enjoy a hot beverage whenever we pleased. the terrace outside our room was a lovely spot to relax and enjoy the peaceful surroundings. the garden furniture provided a comfortable place to sit and take in the fresh air. the electric kettle was a convenient amenity that made it easy to prepare a hot drink at any time. the flat-screen TV provided entertainment in the evenings, perfect for unwinding after a day of exploring the area. the carpeted floor in the room gave a cozy feel and added to the overall warmth of the space. the proximity to top-notch eateries like La Petite, Banyan, and Lakeside Restaurant was a pleasant surprise and made dining out a breeze. Overall, our experience at this guest house was exceptional, and we highly recommend it to anyone looking for a comfortable and enjoyable stay in Leeds.
